Processing
All you need to do is pick the pieces you’d like colour and or any sparkle extras you’d like to add then a ring size if needed. (If you don’t know your size, please tick unsure and a ring sizer will be sent out for you)
Then your pack will be sent out to you via first class royal mail with everything you need inside,
The kit contains:
- Small plastic spoon (we typically need one spoon of ashes for each jewellery piece )
- Ring sizer ( if needed)
- A small pot or bag for inclusions
- Order confirmation form to double check.
- pre-paid 24 hr tracked return padded envelope
Once we receive the remains, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewellery piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7/14 days for in-stock Sterling Silver pieces depending on time of year times such as Christmas will be a long turn around.
Our 9/14ct pieces take around 6 weeks due to handmade to order and then hallmarked at the Edinburgh hallmarking office in accordance with law.
Your jewellery piece will be beautifully packaged with a keepsake jewellery box. Any unused remains will be returned to you. Your finished jewellery piece will be dispatched using a next-day special delivery service, with tracking information emailed to you.
