How it works!
Firstly we'd like to thank you for choosing Forever Near as the company of choice when it comes to creating a tribute in the memorial of your lost loved one, we promise to provide a simple and stress free process -
We like to keep our process quick and easy where our clients are expected to do no more than the bare minimum. ​
Once you have found your perfect piece/s, picked a colour or opal you'd like to have. If you are picking a ring as your tribute and are not sure of your size just click unsure within the drop down and a ringsizer will be sent out within your pack. You can then order by adding to the cart and checking out with one of our trusted providers.
Once payment is made, an inclusion pack is sent out to the address you have provided please pop us an email if you need any help with this process via the chat or email us at info@forevernearjewellery.com. Someone will reply within 30 minutes. Please note with testers the process is a little different. An email is sent out with instructions. Please check spam folder.
Within the pack will be
* Your order form please double check the info and return.
* Ring sizer if needed.
* Small tightly sealed pouch for your inclusions which is clearly labelled for safety.
* A prepaid 24hr tracked mailer - please note the tracking no on the mailer so you can follow via the royal mail app.
You can drop the pack with your local post office or post box.

Once your pack is returned to us, you will receive a pack confirmation email. (please check your spam folder)
The turnaround time for your item is 4 weeks please add 2-3 days per extra item. We always aim for sooner but during busy periods turnaround times can be up to 6 weeks but you will be notified beforehand.

For custom/made to order pieces and gold these take up to 8-10 weeks as they are made to order then checked and hallmarked by the Edinburgh assay in line with the law.

Once your order is finished it will be carefully packaged and shipped 24hr tracked by Royal mail. Your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email on the day of shipping.

With engraved items the process is slightly different once ordered please send over via email to info@forevernearjewellery.com to make sure your images etc are perfect for your item. then all you will have to do is wait the 2/3 week turn around and then it will be shipped and packaged the same as all our jewellery.
Out of UK purchasing
We do not create anything outside of England, Wales or Scotland.
With all the new laws now for shipping to Ireland and Europe, I sadly cannot accommodate.

What is memorial jewellery?

How is the memorial jewellery made and what materials are used?
We create our memorial jewellery using high-quality materials and a careful process, which has been perfected over many years. All our jewellery is the highest quality hypo sterling silver without any lead or nickel. Same with our solid 9k gold pieces. The materials used to create the stones is the best uv resin on the market that has been intensely tested for any discoloring. Along with beautiful genuine crushed opal our opals are not synthetic resin opals. The process is not an easy one and your stone is created layer by later with opals mica powers and resin each layer is cured before the next layer is added and the pieces of inclusions are hand picked and all tools are disinfected or recycled once used.
Can I customize my memorial jewellery?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a range of customization options, including different materials, designs, and personal engravings to make your piece unique and personal. Even if you have a custom colour you want it can be hand mixed to get the closest possible match.
How do I send ashes or other personal elements to you?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a secure collection kit with detailed instructions on how to send the ashes or other elements to us. Your loved one's remains will be handled with the utmost care and respect throughout the process.
How long does it take to create a piece of memorial jewellery?
The time to create your piece can vary depending on the design and customization options you choose. Generally, it takes between 4 weeks from the time we receive your materials. For custom sizes, designs and 9k gold that does take up to 10 weeks currently but we always for less. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Can I see examples of your work before I order?
Yes, we have a gallery of past work on our website and on our social media, where you can see examples of the memorial jewellery we have created. We also offer consultations to discuss your ideas and preferences if needs via chat.
Is there a warranty on the jewellery?
Yes, all our pieces come with a warranty to cover any defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months for the memorial stones. Please contact us if you have any issues with your jewellery. Any damages or broken jewellery loss of crystals are not cover after 4 months but we do offer jewellery servicing to have your piece fixed and restored to its glory. How do I care for my memorial jewellery?
We provide care instructions with each piece of jewellery to help you maintain its beauty and durability. Generally, we recommend keeping the jewellery dry, avoiding harsh chemicals, and cleaning it gently with a soft cloth. We do have page with all tips and tricks

What about stone colour, will it be exact?
So sometimes with ashes particularly the colour can be a little darker due to the darkness of the ashes. Please bare that in mind out process is perfected to try and stop that but sometimes it cannot be helped. Same with hair without pigment (white hair or fur) the colour when wet is lost but we do our best to make sure you can see the inclusions up close by layering as much as we can but also this sometimes cannot be helped.
