Heart of an angel setting
The heart of an angel setting is one of our newest settings incorporating beautiful wings either side of the dainty heart shaped memorial stone.
This stone is 4/5mm and can have opal crystals added to the stone of all colours to match the colour you have picked.
Please choose a colour from the chart provided if you don't see a colour you love please let me know and we can create a colour for you.
This setting is available with extra sparkle of real opal fragments or crushed 5ct diamond dust.

Processing
We will send an ashes kit and order confirmation form which will allow you to measure your ring size. You will also be able to confirm the exact colour resin which you require.
The kit contains:
- Small plastic spoon (we typically need one spoon of ashes for each jewellery piece)
- Ring sizer
- A small pot for the ashes
- Order confirmation form
- Freepost return padded envelope
Once we receive the ashes we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewellery piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 14 days for in-stock Sterling Silver pieces.
Our out of stock pieces please give us 4-6 weeks to have them made ans shipped to us before starting your piece.
Your jewellery piece will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a high end black velvet jewellery box. Any unused ashes will be returned to you.
Your finished jewellery piece will be dispatched using a next-day special delivery service, with tracking information emailed to you.
Order Process
Firstly we'd like to thank you for choosing Forever Near as the company of choice when it comes to creating a tribute in the memorial of your lost loved one, we promise to provide a simple and stress free process -
We like to keep our process quick and easy where our clients are expected to do no more than the bare minimum.
Once you have found your perfect piece/s, picked a colour or opal you'd like to have. If you are picking a ring as your tribute and are not sure of your size just click unsure within the drop down and a size will be sent out within your pack. You can then order by adding to the cart and checking out with one of our trusted providers.
Once payment is made, an inclusion pack is sent out to the address you have provided please pop us an email if you need any help with this process via the chat or email us at info@forevernearjewellery.com. Someone will reply within 30 minutes.
Within the pack will be
* Your order form please double check the info and return.
* Ring sizer if needed.
* Small tightly sealed pouch for your inclusions which is clearly labelled for safety.
* A prepaid 24hr tracked mailer - please note the tracking no on the mailer so you can follow via the royal mail app.
You can drop the pack with your local post office or post box.
Once your pack is returned to us, you will receive a pack confirmation email. (please check your spam folder)
The turnaround time for your item is 2/3 weeks please add 2-3 days per extra item. We always aim for sooner but during busy periods turnaround times can be up to 4 weeks but you will be notified beforehand.
For custom pieces and gold these take up to 8 weeks as they are made to order then checked and hallmarked by the Edinburgh assay in line with the law.
Once your order is finished it will be carefully packaged and shipped 24hr tracked by Royal mail. Your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email on the day of shipping.
With engraved items the process is slightly different once ordered please send over via email to info@forevernearjewellery.com to make sure your images etc are perfect for your item. then all you will have to do is wait the 2/3 week turn around and then it will be shipped and packaged the same as all our jewellery.
